This policy explains how Infinet Apps, operated by Dan McWhorter, handles information on infinetapps.ai. It covers this website, not applications or client projects with separate privacy policies.

When you contact us

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, project type, and message. We use that information to respond to your request and discuss a potential project. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Please do not send passwords, API keys, health information, or confidential project data.

Technical information

Our web server and Cloudflare, which provides DNS, traffic proxying, and security services, process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, timestamps, and security events. We use technical logs to operate the website, investigate errors, and reduce abuse. Form anti-abuse controls may temporarily retain a hashed connection identifier.

Cookies and third parties

This first version does not intentionally use advertising trackers or visitor analytics. WordPress may use functional cookies for administrator login or other essential site features. Cloudflare may use security cookies when needed. We host the site’s fonts locally. Inquiry notifications are handled by our mail service. We do not sell inquiry information.

AI and project information

Contact-form submissions are not automatically sent to an AI model by this website. If we work together, any use of project information with AI providers, and the relevant confidentiality requirements, will be discussed separately.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry correspondence is kept as needed to respond, manage a business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry information by contacting us through the form and selecting “Let’s figure it out.” Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Security and changes

We use HTTPS and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet service can promise absolute security. This policy may change when the website’s features change; the update date will be revised.
